Katie, I meant to add that I FINALLY found William Spencer Donnell in the 1850 Rutherford Co., TN Census in the town of Yourees. (I've also seen this as "Youree"??) Anyway, William is listed as W S Daniel Auman. It appears that the " was continued for this family from the family above it and all of them listed as Auman, but they WERE a SEPARATE household. (I've posted a Correction!!) Don't know if he went by Daniel or Donnell, and I can't seem to locate them in 1860?? He didn't die until 1872 and wife died in 1892, so they SHOULD be in the Census SOMEwhere?? Email me...I think I can help you with this line...Sue
