Since I don't know very much on researching Afro Americans I an looking for a George Donnell that was married first to a Parthenie and had children : Robert, A. J., Genetta, Laura, Ann, Sallie, married a Hickman and Ossie. They are listed living next to a family with the same last name of Donnell, The first initials for the Primary Donnell that was white is: A. B age 62 however they were white. Would this have been the slave family that worked on there land? and this is how they would have been listed in 1870 on the census? George , then married a Molly in 1878 and had children : Glovie, Eva, Van Cleave, and Matilda. Does anyone have any information on this family. Who Parthenie's last name was, Who George's parent's were and also who Mollies Parent's were?
