I'm looking for the parents of Irene Donovan. Irene was born in the Philippines between 1909-1911. Tradition is that her father was a bartender for the soldiers, so I'm guessing that she was born in or near Manila??? I assume her father's last name was Donovan. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
