Doo Family in Nova Scotia 1760's

I have a daughter of McNutt settler James Cook and his wife Martha, "Jinny" by name. She's Irish-born and comes with her parents to Nova Scotia in 1761 It's presumed that she marries Robert E. Doo in NS. Not much more is known about them so it's likely they moved from the area.

The crumbs that I have are that the 1791 NS Census for Poll Taxes lists a ROBERT DOUGH in Londonderry.
That a W.E. DOO sold property in Londonderry Township in 1849.

I wonder if the Londonderry NS folk have any connections to the Westmorland County New Brunswick families?
