Dear Justin, the Doolan name has many coates of arms,a red shield, with a stags head in the centre between two gold diagonal lines is one.According to burkes peerage world book of Doolans, A SILVER shield having in the centre three blue crescents. Some say we also hold the DOWLING arms.Another on an Irish clan map gives,a gyroney of eight silver and black, this one looks a bit like a dartboard, anothor, comprises of three black buckets on a silver shield.
