Frances Doolan in nenagh tipp Ireland

I am looking for information on Thomas, William or John Doolan of Fairy Hill, or Portumna. There seems to be several generations of the name. William may have been a Counsellor. His wife Frances appears to have lived in Tipperary after his death after 1808.
