Hi Dana,
I am related to the Doolin's of Pulaski County, but do not recognize the name Sarah.
James Doolin, 1755 Stafford Cty, Va-1815 Pulaski Cty, was the first to live in the County. He had married Nancy Elgin and had a number of sons. Possibly Sarah is the daughter of one of them. His son Thomas is my ancestor, but he didn't marry until @1815.
James' father was Robert ,1721 Westmoreland Cty, Va. His father was Philip Dulin, 1688, Devonshire, England- 1728, Virginia. He married a Mary.
His father may have been James Dulin of Devonshire, 1656.
Hope this helps, will look thru all my records to see if Sarah is listed.
take care
PS The Elgin's can trace their line through the females to English Royalty, from Edward I and back.
