Ed, I found on LDS (familysearch.com) site an ancestral file that listed both Bathsheba Hotchkiss (b1 Sep 1726) and Thankful Doolittle (or Dolittle, b abt 1724, Cheshire, Conn). It also lists a Dinah Lines as a potential first wife, which is most likely an error. A Dinah Lines (b18 Jan 1746) was also listed as the only daughter of Ralph Lines and Thankful Doolittle (Dolittle), whom I had guessed might be Ralph's 2nd wife. My line comes from this Dinah Lines (m Amos Andrews b 15 Apr 1733). This happens to be my matrilineal line (my mother's mother's mother...). I was trying to find out more about this Ralph Lines (his grandfather is also Ralph Lines), but I failed to find out much more than he had three wives and that the last of these was Bathsheba. The pedigree of Ralph is relatively clear as is Bathsheba's, but I can't find much on this Thankful. I found a few other Thankful Doolittles, but not of this generation. There is another Thankful born twenty years earlier and one born twenty years later. So I am basically trying to verify whether Dinah Lines came from Ralph Lines and a Thankful Doolittle. So I am looking for a Thankful that lived about this time and died prior to the marriage of Ralph and Bathsheba Hotchkiss. I appreciate any help you can provide, Jeff
