Seeking information regarding this Benjamin DOOLITTLE who was one of the early settlers (abt 1807) of Urbana, Champaign Co., OH. He operated a tavern in Urbana, which was used in the War of 1812 as the headquarters of Governor MEIGS. In the 1820 census, he is located in Mad River Twp., Champaign Co., OH.
