Doolittles of California

I am researching the history of the Doolittles of California and the west (Washington/Oregon) and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. The line is likely as follows:

Otis Doolittle m. Sophia Shattuck
child - William Doolittle (1797-1834)

William Doolittle m. Hannah Waggoner
children - Alfred, Albert, Henry, Oscar, Alphonso, and
Emeline. There may have been others

California Doolittles appear to be Albert, Henry and Alphonos, who settled Happy Camp, Siskiyou County, California.

Henry moved to Washington State with his second wife, Ellen Shattuck. His children were William Henry Doolittle and Anna McClennan. William Henry (1869-1930) was my grandfather and became Mayor of Ontario, Oregon, 1921-1929.
