The entire business district of Wolcott burned on 10 Feb. 1884 and U.G. Brewster was one of the property owner's whose business was destroyed. Was "U. G. Brewster" the husband of Levinne?
I see an earlier generation of "Polly" and "Levinne" mentioned in this Landmarks of Wayne County book. Levinne H.Doolittle b. 11 Sept. 1814, dau. of Stephen and Polly Doolittle of Granby, CT, m. 1832 to Stephen D. Rice and they had seven children including yet another Levinne (Levinne A. Rice). Was Levinne H. a sister of George Stephen Doolittle (Franc Doolittle's father)?
