"MONROE HILL DOOLITTLE was born July 31, 1901, in Meriden, Connecticut. His father is Henry M. Doolittle and his mother's maiden name was Martha Fales.

"He prepared for college at the high school in Meriden, the Powder Point School in Duxbury, Massachusetts, and the Rosenbaum School in Milford, Connecticut. After a year with our Class he became a member of 1921 S., and left Sheff in June 1919. His roommates were Sherwood S. Eberth, Sperry W. Miner, and Louis M. Faulkner (1921 S.).

"68 Pleasant Street, Meriden, Connecticut, is his permanent address."
