Elkanah Doolittle, (March 15, 1767 - Oct 29, 1835) lived in Brooklyn, NY when he died. A reletive remembers going to the NYC area as a child to see his grave, but has no more information.
I have researched the Brooklyn cemeteries that were in use at the time he died and most of them were closed later, and the bodies moved to other cemeteries.
Any ideas?
