Hello! I'm trying to find my grandfather's extended families. Just found out in the Marriage info section in Maine, Hattie Major was the one that m.Charles H Dorey and not Ruth Dorey/Comeau. Ruth is their daughter. Ruth is my grandfather's Niece that once lived in Bath, Maine. Ruth m.Chester J. Comeau. They had 4-kids, Irene,Carol,Sandy,and Dottie. Charles and Hattie m. on June 14, 1917, perhaps in Lewiston or Bath, Maine. Major family is from the Bathurst, Glouster County, New Brunswick, Canada areas. Mother: Helen Mary (Hachey or Haskey) Father: Alexander Major Senior, Siblings: Grandfather David Major m. Veronica Rita Sturtevant on September 30,1929 in Lewiston,ME. They had 11-kids. Leonard Major lived in Salem,MA, Alexander Major Junior, somewhere in New Brunswick Canada, and could be some more, not clear of whom they are. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance. Hopefully someone in here is part of this family. I've been getting no where. Pam Major in Maine, Granddaughter of David & Veronica Major, daughter of Nelson & Flora Major.
