I have a great grandfather named Samuel Dornan. He was born in Ireland and moved to the US at age 12 or so, married Minnie LaRoy, a French immigrant, had 11 children...Evelyn, LeRoy, Saline, Mary, MIldred, Lillian, Julie, Irene, Charles, Willis and Sammy. I believe they started out in Pennsylvania, some moving to Niagara Falls area with the opening of Carborundum.

These people are probably not related at this point to your Samuel but I am passing you this information because you may know about this lineage. I would appreciate any information you have.

Thank you,
