??? about children of Milton B. Dorough 1870 Georgia

I have some questions about the Heard county GA 1870 census and Milton B. Dorough's family.

My great grandfather Siseroe is listed as Milton's son. Trouble is... my great grandfather is Siseroe Murphy. The 1900 census in the exact same place has Siseroe Murphy living there with his wife and children.

Since the next step back (1860) in the census would be right before my great grandfather was born.. I won't be able to find Siseroe's parents and solve this mystery.
