Hello, Earl!
I've had a bit of luck but I think I'm stuck once again. Stuart, my researcher, has been able to go back to my g-g-g-g grandparents, John Dorricott and Ann Weaver. He thinks he's also found John's parents, Richard and Sarah, but cannot find documentation of this. If this is accurate, I believe I've even found Richard's parents, Michael Dorricott and Mary Peplow in the British Isles vital records index. It appears that my Dorricotts probably moved into the Wellington area from the Alberbury/Westbury area. We seem to be moving toward the Welsh border as we go back in time. I'm hoping to connect to some of the other Dorricotts you and the others are researching. I'll post more information here as soon as I can verify it.
