My namis Mckinley Cecil Dorough, and my Dad is Cecil Mckinley Dorough. Dad was born August 18, 1900, on
Magazine Mountain, Paris, Arkansas. Dad died October 25, 1969, in Elk City, Oklahoma. He first married Ethel Mount, in about 1922, in Arkansas. They had three children: Faber Jarrell Dorough; Elwanda (Dorough) Spears; and Noreen (Dorough) Acres. Then, Dad divorced and moved to Elk City, Oklahoma, where he met my Mother, Mae Beulah Doshier. They were married in February 1934. Mom passed away on May 30, 2002, and is buried next to my Dad, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. I was born in October 1934, in Elk City; and my only Brother, Darrell Lee Dorough, was born 4 years later, in Elk City.
