I am looking for a connection between the Dorrough/Dorough/Napier/Powell and Williams families in Dooly County GA between the 1800 and approximately 1935.
Especially looking for the burial place of Ella (Elifair?) Napier who died either in Dooly or Crisp County GA after May 1934 at an advanced age. When did she die? She is not listed on the GA Death Index. She was the wife (widow) of
John William Napier. Ella's maiden name was Sangster. The parents of John William Napier is said to be James Mourning Napier and Sophia Williams seen on the 1860 Dooly County census. The Powell family also married into the Napier family. The 1880 Dooly County census shows these two Napiers in the household of J.W.and Sarah Dorough...Wm. Napier, age 17 shown as their nephew and Victoria Napier age 15 shown as their niece. Who was these Napiers parents? Any help appreciated. Bobbie
