Hello Cousin. Always glad to hear from a fellow Dorrough.Thank you for making the information on Thomas D Dorrough available to us all. I hope you will continue. The information I posted is from the book "The Descendants of Abner D Dorrough" written by a Dorrough cousin Thomas A Dorrough of Friendswood Texas. He and another Cousin Edward D Dorrough of Flordia have been working on our history for many years. This book is a 552 page collection of family interveiws,census work,bith and death records, cenetary inscriptions,Dorrough bible and family records and submissions from fellow Dorroughs from around the country. As such there are bound to be errors as is usual in Genealogy. I was not sure if you were aware of the book and wanted you to know it was not one of those purchased at a mall venue or through the mail. Your information is important to help make the corrections as needed which in turn will help our familys history grow.
