Hi Mike; Glad to meet another Doshier family member. The name of Epps sounds so familiar. I just did a quick search of people listed in connection with my Wickersham family history in Ark. where Elizabeth comes in, and then a check with Turnbo's writings from that area of Ark and MO. That is a GREAT site to ck out sometime just for the reading if not for genealogy too.Turnbo covers the years 1860-1870's. Unfortunately my search was not fruitful this time. Do you have Epps that went to OK? Maybe that is where I have found the name.It is amazing how groups of people migrate together. I have seen families from the early 1700s that have moved at sometime to the same areas my family has over the years, from PA, to KY, to IN, Ark,and then OK.
I will keep an eye open for your family members. In the mean time I would love share and swap info. and to get to see a picture of your Doshier family members that you spoke of. Can you scan and then attach to e-mamil? Please just be understanding that I am also in the midst of selling my house and planning for a move. YUCK! But genealogy seems to help sooth my pains. HA HA I will finish writing the story on Elizabeth Doshier for you if you will give me your e-address. I can then send you my family sheets if you would like. I do have pictures of Elizabeth and Daniel's two sons George W. and Jasper and their families. Those will have to wait they are already packed away. You can contact me at my e-mail address; firstname.lastname@example.org Jerri
