SUBJECT
The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 189 in which Henry Cowley of the City of Oxford mortgaged property in Headington to Henry Townsend for 300. Henry Cowley has since defaulted on the mortgage which gives Henry Townsend the power to sell it, which he is now doing - for 200 to Richard Dossett.

The property consists of 3 cottages in Headington, which were formerly a single dwellinghouse.
