I am looking for any information on Joseph Elzie Doucet, born 19 Oct 1918 in Gueydan, LA. Trying to find where and when he died and locate any living descendants.
Here is what I know of him:
WWII vet, probably transferred to the Air Force in late 1940s. Was stationed in TX and OK in the 1960s.
Died in Texas around 1970. Married a woman who had three kids from a previous marriage.
He was one of the first 48 paratroopers in the US Army.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
