I found a lot of informations about the Frenette's (Frenet) family.
Virginie born Dec 10th 1814 daughter of Francois Frenet and Julie Porlier.
Francois Frenet was born August the 5th 1790 at Grnde-Rivière Québec.
Julie Porlier was the daughter of Alexis Porlier and Marthe Bujold.
I am giving you just a little idea of what I can find on the Frenette's family, there are a lot of historical notes also. All of this is written in french, I am french speaking I can try to translate all the information for you if you wish. My english is not perfect but I can manage I guess. I cannot find that Charles Doucet yet, I will have to check some other sources.
