Doucets in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia 1850's to 1910's

I am researching my husband's family and am looking for his grandfather's side. His grandfather was Joseph Arthur Doucet, born Oct. 7, 1905 in Cheticamp. I believe his father's name was Arsene Doucet, born 1849 and his mother's name was Marie Bourgeois, born Jan. 3, 1877, although the age difference seems a little much. Anybody have any info to share on resources to use to look them up? Any help appreciated.
