In the Rev pension papers she was called Betsy. I don't know exactly where David and his wife are buried. My grandmother told me that she was always told they were buried in a private family cem. she did not know near what town in Maine though. This might be of interest to you though, My grandmother's grandfather (Isaiah Doughty/doty) was a drummer in the Civil War and we have his drum. he told his family that making drums had been a skill handed down from father to sons and also the making of fifes.
We have one of Isaiah's drums all made by him. We have two sets of Ebony drum sticks. WE know that Stephen Doughty (husband of hannah) also played the drums in the Rev. War. we think he prob. also had and played fifes. We have a set of two lead fifes that according to my grandmother were played in the Civil war by Isaiah but not made by him. They handed down to him by his father who said they were made by his grandfather in maine. That they were used in the Rev. War. We can't prove this and have not had them dated because my grandmother guarded them and I had seen them once before she died. My sister has them now and we are talking about putting the drum on loan at a Civil War museum in Jackson, TN. where my sister lives. WE also have a ebony flute that I did have dated and it was dated as pre civil war ( about 1830-1840) It has lead hardware on it. I also have a picture of Isaiah Doty(he spelled it both ways) I have put online to so you might find it if you did a search. Anyway, My grandmother told us quite abit about the Doughty family but I have not been able to prove much of it. WE gave copies of some of the stuff we had to Eva Goeken also because she is decended from Isaiah's oldest son Josephous Doty.
