Are you sure of Donald's parents' names? You might want to be sure by getting a copy of his birth certificate and death certificate, both of which should have his place of birth, and the names of both parents. A newspaper obit, seeing as how you know his death date, would also contain family info. Then, you might want to start looking through federal census, in search of Orville and Erma Norris, in the households of their parents.....you might start with the 1920 and 1930 census, if you don't know when they married...if you know that date, then choose the census before that date, in the hopes that they still lived at home, with their respective parents. This will advance you one generation, when you find them with their parents, and give you another 2 people to start researching. All census are available to rent, for a nominal monthly rental fee, at your local Family History Center, located in the Latter Day Saints Church (Mormon)...look them up in your phone book.
