The letters are at Hobart College in Geneva, NY. They do contain detail on family history but don't expect a bulleted outline. Some of the handwriting is difficult to read.
The transcription of the deed (rather than the actual document itself if I'm not mistaken) is at the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University. Taken in the context of what is known about the families who moved from Newark to Hanover Neck, including census data and other documents, the transcription is sufficient to confirm the link between the Hanover family and the original Newark founders.
Betsey is one of the other respondents in this thread (as well as many others on this subject).
