Seek info on birth, siblings, parents, date/place of marriage, etc, life in England & journey to US for Suzanne Dowd/Dowle b abt 1849 England Married (presume in England) John Joseph Burns b May 1849 Lake Dist NW England (Cumberland?).
Immigrated (ports of departure/arrival unknown) to US abt 1868 & made way to Pittsburgh PA. John & Suzanne had 5 children all b Pittsburgh area: Esther Agnes b 1874, Mary b 1872(m Freeman), George b 1877, Joe b 1879, Elizabeth b 188?(m Grizer?). John worked in coal mines in PA. (Any info on George, Joe & Elizabeth welcome.)
Can account for most descendants of Esther Agnes (my ggrandmother).
