Eric,
We may have some Dowd family details that you don't have. Our branch of the family settled in Central West NSW. Uncle John put together a family history for the 150th aniversary in 1977 and cousin Michael has recently put together a history of the original homestead.

We don't have anything from the time before the family left Ireland. We have been led to believe the local church burnt down and all the records were lost.

Are you the Eric Turner from Warwick that married Sue Harrison?

Marilyn Dowd
