I believe this Benjamin Franklin is related somehow to the Dowdell family from Maryland that lived in the Kings Mills, Ohio (Warren County) area. There are three Benjamin Franklin Dowdell's in this line. Also the Warren County,Ohio death records 1909-1915 indicate an infant being born March 29, 1909 to a Frank Dowdell and Ella Day. The infant died the same date and is supposed to be buried at Lebanon Cemetery, however I couldn't locate him or her in the Cemetery records.
