With the response of a wonderful GENUKI researcher, I found them in Eyam,Derbyshire. Their name was Dooley. Edward was their brother. The Dooley name is Irish, but I think they came originally to work in the lead mines in the early 1600's in the Peak District of Derbyshire. I have traced them back to a Henricus Dooley who lived in Great Longstone,Derbyshire. Hope this helps anyone else who might have a Dowley which turns into a Dooley.
