Your great-grandmother Mable was my aunt.
My father, who is still living, was the youngest of the children. Aunt Mable's actual birthdate was 08-21-1905.

Maggie Smith's mother was Harriet Cadasie Guffin. b. 01-14-1852 - d. 03-21-1899
John Thomas Smith b. 02-22-1854 - d. 08-11-1930.

Harriet Guffin's father - John Guffin b@1828 in Ga. - His father Andrew Guffin b.@1778 in Va.

My father has the family bible. It is the Smith side penned by Maggie Smith.

I am just now getting back into research. There is not much on the Draffin/Smith line. email me and I'll send you what I have.
