Hello, I don't have any definite info on this person but there was a 'Bill' Drain who had a jewelry store in Wylie, Collin Co., TX. His wife was named Faye and they had a son - we called him 'Don' but his name was kind of different - initials - D.W. Funny, one of my brothers was named Donald Wayne but we never found any connection between the two families. The William you mentioned could possibly have been Bill Drain's father. I believe Bill is deceased but think his wife, Faye, still lives in the area.

Hope this little bit helps you.
