There are thousands of "Dray" in France, (with other related surnames as Edery, Dhery, Dhrey, DraÔ ). It's a jewish surname. All of them were born in Algeria or Morocco, and the possible origin of this name is "Drahi : from the Dr‚‚", a river name and a valley in the south of Morocco.
