Hi Clive,
I have come across a Caroline Dray (indexed as Dry) living with my Brooker family in Clapham in the 1851 census (they are also indexed as Beckey but I cant get Ancestry to change it). This Caroline was born ca 1835 in Camberwell I am wondering whether she is a sister of your Edward b 1826. The relationship is also muddled on the actual image, first it said daughter then changed to something unreadable but possible Sister. I doubt she is a sister of John Brooker as he was born 1770 but possibly some other relative. John was born in Eastchurch, Kent and there appear to be some Drays living there. I don't know if this will help you at all but one never knows.
