Andrew Drennan and Martha Drennan in Western Kentucky_early 1800s

There is a marriage of Andrew Drennan to Sarah Cunningham in Livingston Co., Ky in 1808.
There is a marriage of Martha Drennan to James Leach in Livingston Co., Ky in 1806.

I have seen some researchers show these two as siblings to John S. Drennan, b. 1765 in S.C. and died 1839 in Ky, William Drennan, b. 1768 in S.C. d. 1847 in Illinois, and Joseph Drennan b. 1786 in S.C. and died in Illinois in 1865. These three plus others being the sons of William Drennan who served in the Rev War in S.C. [This is the William that is sometimes refered to as being born in Penn in 1739 and died in 1810 in Fleming Co., Ky.]

Has anyone researched the idea that Andrew and Sarah could be children of John? That would make them a nephew and niece of William and Joseph and not siblings.

Any thoughts from researchers of this line?
