DNA Project Question for all
Posted by: George Drennon (ID *****3280) Date: June 03, 2004 at 17:43:52

I have been reading up on DNA testing and it's usefullness in genealogy research and have a question for all the researchers of the Drennan surname and it's variants. Is there any interest among the researchers to start a DNA Project? I understand to get any results it must be a male descendant with the surname that is tested. I am hoping that there is enough interest that maybe we can finally cross the atlantic and possibly reach out to other Drennan researchers to include those that may be in Ireland and other countries. If anyone is interested please join myself, Ken Drennen, and Wade Drennan at the next chat session. These sessions are held on Wednesday nights at 7pm Central time. We use Yahoo instant messenger to conduct these chats. Or if you can't join us feel free to email myself at jakeshome190@earthlink.net

Hope to hear from some of the older researchers.
