Hi Linda, Has anybody got in touch with you on the Dressel's. If not let me know and I can fill in any information for you. Henry Dressel b: August 11, 1855 d: Oct. 24, 1896 buried in Keppler Cemetery His father: Jacob Dressel Mother: Margarita Wolf Henry's death resulted of run away team of horses. Wife: Barbara Koehler b: 1858 d: 12-9-1929 buried in St. Jacob Cemetery Children: August, Mary, Catherine, William, Louise, Josephine, Henry, Clara, and Herman August and Clara both died shortly after birth and buried in Keppler Cemetery.
Mary Anne b: Oct. 17, 1877 d: 8-28-1958 (you have corrected this to 7-3-1958)
Jacob Diefenbach b: Feb. 15, 1873 do you have place of birth? d: Dec. 10, 1938 and is buried as well in Keystone Cemetery
Children: Milda, Elmer, Frieda, and Marie I have information on the children also if you do not already have it.
Henry's parents: Jacob Druessel I b: July 23, 1807 in Alsace-Lorraine, France Married: Jan. 8, 1847 In Belleveille, Illinois d: Nov. 19, 1872 and buried in the Keppler Cemetery (North of O'Fallon, IL) his father Jacob Druessel. Jacob has two wives: 1st Margarita or Margaretha Wolf b: Nov. 10, 1826 in Alsace-Lorraine, France
d: Dec. 12, 1863 and is buried in the Keppler Cemetery. 2nd wife: Johanna Landgraf (no children of this marriage) b: May 2, 1824 d: July 17, 1882 and is buried in Keppler Cemetery. Children of Jacob and Margarita were George, Sr., Mike, Frits, Henry, August (my great grandfather), Sarah and Jacob II. I have more information so let me know what you need.
