Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

CHARLES N.16 DRESSER (NATHAN15, NATHAN14, THOMAS13, JONATHAN12, JOHN11, JOHN10, CHRISTOPHER9, ROBERTUS8 DRESSAR, WILLIAM7 DRYSSER, WILLIAM6 DRISSUR, WILLIAM5, JOHN4, WILLIAM3 DRESSURE, ADA2 DRESSUR, ADA1 DREYSTER) was born February 24, 1800 in Pomfret, Windham County, Connecticut, and died March 25, 1865 in Springfield, Snagamon County, Illinois. He married LOUISA W. WITHERS November 08, 1832 in Petersburg, Virginia.

He was my 5th cousin 7 times removed. How is that for a shoestring relation?!
