This was an answer I had on the Montreal Canadian Messageboard
If you can narrow down the "county" some (re Dessailiers), it may help in locating a church where they were concentrated. There are some Dessailiers in border areas of Canada such as:
St-Damien, cté de Berthier, Québec, Canada
St-Charles de Mandeville, Québec, Canada
Metis Site may be helpful if you have not already done this.

You might also check the following films available from FHC which are marriage indexes for a good deal of quebec (but not everything -- there does not seem to be an "everything" index anywhere outside of the Blue Drouin, which is a "mega" index, but even that is not totally "complete" and assuming they are Catholic the following films might give you "locations" to search. From there you could obtain the actual church registers and review for the family to see if you come up with a birth for Celina. Many times these will have mother, father, & godparents. From what I have seen, a large number of the Godparents are also "relations" to one or both of the parents.
Loiselle - 543700 (series - Supplements 1571038 series)
Rivest - 933154 (series - Supplements Le Boeuf 823824)
Fichiers de l'etat (civil indexes - Montreal area - there are a number of these from FHC - best to do a search under the FHC library site -- familysearch.com)
Hope this helps. If any questions, please drop me an email.
