1.) Mary TRESSLER, b. 1809, PA, m. Andrew BANKERT (1811-1888).The BANKERT family lived Paradise Twp., York Co., PA in 1850 (as BANKART).This household included Jacob MYERS, age 3, who may be the Jacob MYERS who was a son of John B. and Lydia (TRESSLER) MYERS, and Elizabeth TREFLER (or TRESLER), age 46, who may be related to Mary.The BANKERT family moved to Fulton Co., IL and both Andrew and Mary are buried in South Fulton Cemetery, Dunkard Brethren Church, Astoria Twp., Fulton Co., IL.Mary d. 6 Jul 1882, age 73-5-15, and Andrew d. 14 Jul 1888, age 76-11-2.Their son, John Drestler BANKERT, is buried in the same cemetery, b. 15 Sep 1836, d. 29 Mar 1926.
2.) Lydia TRESSLER, b. abt. 1815, PA, m. John B. MYERS (1815-1909).The MYERS family lived Heidelberg Twp., York Co., PA in 1850.Lydia d. 17 Aug 1850, in her 36th year, and is buried in Bair's Meeting House Cemetery, Heidelberg Twp., York Co., PA as Lydia MAYER, wife of John B.
3.) Jacob TRESSLER, b. abt. 1822, PA, m. Elizabeth OVERDEER, 11 Apr 1848, St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA.This family lived Heidelberg Twp., York Co., PA in 1850 (as TRESLER).
4.) Jonas DRESSLER, b. abt. 1823-1824, PA, m. Eliza Jane BAIR, daughter of George BAIR Jr. and Anna Marie HAHM (possibly HAMM).A researcher at WorldConnect indicated that Jonas was Dunkard (or Church of the Brethren, German Baptist, etc.).Jonas lived Heidelberg Twp., York Co., PA in 1850 (as TRESLER).He and his wife moved to Astoria Twp., Fulton Co., IL and lived there in 1870 and 1880.They went by DRESSLER after they moved to Illinois.
