I believe the Sidney Druce you are looking for is Sidney son of Josieh Druce (sometimes spelt Druse) and Sally Anne Smith.
1851 Census : Aged 7 months.
1861 Census : Aged 10, living as a servant in Upper Assenden, Pyrton, Oxfordshire with his brother Joseph (aged 22). Occupation - Carter's Boy. (Census Reference : RG9/884 (Folio 111, Page 17).
BAPTISM: 29th September 1850, Sidney, born 30th August 1850, son of Josiah & Sally Druce of Park Lane, fruiterer.
