Sources of info re Martha Hightower/Ephraim Drumwright
!- Marriage Records of Mecklenberg County, Boydton Va for this marriage and that of Martha's brother. There are 2 sets of records those for men and those for women so it is easy to cross-check. Names of parents of those being married are given as well in most cases.
2- Wills of Mecklenberg County- Martha Drumright named in will of her father John L. Hightower d. 1842
3. Deed books. I don't have the specific reference but it is my recollection that Ephraim Drumwright purchased some Hightower lands after the death of John L. Hightower.

These are all official records, not family ones
