Drumright, Oklahoma, does exist. My brother visited there quite a few years ago.He sent me a book titled "Drumright!, The Glory Days of a Boom Town" by D. Karl Newsom. It was published in 1985 by Evans Publications, Inc. Box 520, Perkins, OK 74059.These Drumrights are from a different branch of the family. Most of my information regarding the family I obtained from "The Drumright Family Tree" by Grace Drumright Dowling.I believe that this was a private printing for those who subscribed prior to publication although copies might be located in research libraries which deal in genealogy.I was told back in the 1980's by someone who worked in the DAR Library in Washington, DC that there was a copy there at that time.I have not checked this out.To the best of my knowledge, none of my immediate Drumwright relatives migrated to the west coast. They remained mostly in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee.I hope this information will be helpful.
