Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
My maternal grandfather, Frank (Francis?) Dubinski b. April 25 1887, an ethnic Polish immigrant, lived in Portland, OR, m. Nov. 9, 1913 to Kate (Katarzyna) Chmielek, and d. Nov. 25, 1944. Supposedly he came from Bukovina (Buchovina?)which may be a Polish-speaking part of the Ukraine instead of within Polish boundaries. His father was John Dubinski (maybe tied to Horadinka, Poland) and mother was Michelina. Frank had one brother Anton, and 3 sisters, Mary, Victoria, and Rose. Frank worked for the Railroad. Does this family group sound familiar? Please contact me if you have further info. Thank-you.
