By any chance, do you have a Marie Foisey in your line also? I have seen numerous errors based on this name that no one seems to have caught onto. It seems EVERYONE considers her parents as Gered Phillipe Freniere Foisey and Madeleine Poirier. While the husband may be accurate, a MAJOR error is committed by not recognizing his marriage that took place on 617/1811. Two years after his marriage to Madeleine. Ironically, Marie Foisey was born in 1812. So why no acknowledgement of marriage #2?
