I am researching the property which is known as Camp Salmen, the Boy Scout camp in Slidell. The owner of the property from 1866 to 1881 was Adolph Dubourg. I am most interested in learning more about this early resident of St. tammany parish, and would speicifcially like to know if he had a store and ferry landing on the property, or if he lived there on Bayou Libery. I look forward to learning more. Thank you.
