John Samuel DUBUIS & Rosalie LUGRIN-1820's Canton Vaud, Switzerland-Parents?

I am looking for more information on the family of John Samuel DUBUIS born 17 January 1822, and his wife Rosalie LUGRIN. Looking for parents, death dates, burial sites, etc. John Samuel was a professor of natural sciences and a teacher in the public school. The mother's people were farmers. They had the following known children, all born in Canton Vaud, Switzerland:
Louise Emma DUBUIS b. 7 December 1846;
Oscar Felicien DUBUIS b. 15 June 1849;
Ernest Camille DUBUIS b. 19 October 1853;
Rachel Alice DUBUIS b. 9 November 1855;
Augusta "Bussy" DUBUIS b. 20 July 1861.
Oscar moved to Chicago, Cook, IL and later to Peoria, Peoria, IL. He married Frances "Fanny" Louise GERARD on 9 Dec 1874 in Chicago. They are buried in Springdale cemetery, Peoria, IL.
He and Fanny had the following children:
Ernest G. born July 1877
Pearl H. born Mar. 1879 married OLSON
Harry Alonzo born 21 Aug 1882 married several times Florence GREEN, Sarah NORTON, and 2-3 more; died El Paso, Illinois.
Frances May born May 1884 married Carroll Otto MAYER (MEYER)
George G. born Feb 1886 an artist who resided in Wilmington, Delaware for awhile. Did painting in their state capital.
John Oscar born 1875/76 moved to California before 1906.
