Marguerite died __ October 1933. She was buried 17 Oct 1933 (grave 174) Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Oakland, MI, USA. Jacob died in Royal Oak, Oakland, MI (which is where I grew up). He was buried 24 December 1945 with Marguerite.

Jacob spoke both french and english.

According to his grandson Adrien: Jacob died at home of his daughter, Mrs. ARSENEAU, in Royal Oak, Oakland county, Michigan.

Jacob's funeral was handled by Sullivan Funeral Home in Royal Oak. His funeral card gives birthdate as 4 Apr 1859.

A number of relatives speculated that Marguerite may have had some Native American ancestors as her skin was so dark.

Like her husband, she spoke both french and english.

Her funeral was handled by Jerome A DeSANTIS, funeral director.
